What Rollr works with

Each row gives the state of one connection: built in and turned on when we set up your company, in use at one company and not yet open to others, or not built. States are checked against the product, not the roadmap.

Accounting and payments

QuickBooks Online
In use at one company, not yet open to others
Estimates and customers come across at setup. Rollr creates the deposit invoice when a quote is signed and the final invoice once the job is finished and the office sends it, keeps the numbers, and matches payments both ways. QuickBooks stays the books. Desktop is not supported.
QuickBooks Payments
In use at one company, not yet open to others
Customers pay a deposit or an invoice from their link. Receipts go out by text or email. Rollr adds no card fee; QuickBooks Payments charges its own rates. Requires QuickBooks Payments on your QuickBooks account.
Stripe
Not built
Removed in September 2026. Online payments run through QuickBooks Payments.

Leads and customers

GoHighLevel
In use at one company, not yet open to others
Leads and booked visits arrive; Rollr moves the deal forward as the quote is sent and signed; a GoHighLevel do-not-disturb blocks every Rollr text.
Customer portal
Built in
Customers review, sign and pay from one link. No login.
Website quote form
Not built
The embeddable quote widget was removed in August 2026.

Messages

Text messages (Twilio)
Built in, turned on at setup
Job reminders three days and one day before at 9 AM, a visit reminder the day before, receipts, and replies on the customer's thread. Quiet hours 8 PM to 8 AM. Each company gets its own number at setup.
Email (Resend)
Built in
Quotes, invoices and receipts by email.
Office mailbox (Microsoft 365)
In use at one company, not yet open to others
Inbound email to the office mailbox lands on the customer's thread.

Maps and measuring

Google Maps
Built in
Satellite imagery and Street View for the lot, geocoding for every job site, drive times for the schedule. Draw the area and the quote prices it from your rates.
Suggested outlines (Rollr AI)
Built in
Ask Rollr to outline the paved areas on the photo, then accept or fix each one. It never sets a price.
Weather (Open-Meteo)
Built in
Forecasts by service type on the schedule; rain-out moves to the next dry working day.
